Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel, habituellement content des prestations et membre du club fidélité. Réservation de 3 jours en famille. J'arrive dans la chambre le premier jour, une énorme odeur de cigarettes alors que je suis fumeur moi même, mais une odeur invivable. Je vais prévenir la récéption qui me dis on peux rien faire. Je vais voir la résponsable qui me dis qu'ils vont faire la machine pour enlever l'odeur. Ils le font et l'odeur est toujours présente je redescend donc ils refont la machine. l'odeur est toujours présente et invivable la nuit. Les murs sont imprégnés de l'odeur . C'est pessah c'est complet voila la réponse. Dernier jour j'arrive enfin a voir la directrice qui me dis : Vous etes fumeur donc c'est peut etre vous... Et on m'offre un ticket accés piscine et repas dans un hotel de Eilat alors que je suis reparti... Une honte famille de 3 enfants dont 1 bébé . Je réfléchi meme à porter plainte mes enfants ont faits que tousser impossible de réspirer. L'odeur était dans les murs et la climatisation. C'est comme ca qu'on traite les clients fidèles

From first step we are filled warm attention with support and assistance of all members your team (especially- Dominica). Great hotel , excellent food, super room 1212 on 12th floor, Red Sea and promenade also exclusive! All was superb! We are obligatory to visit Eilat again and again in Fatal !!!

Front desk staff was awesome. Property worn down, rooms run down. Front staff excellent. Breakfast not served until 730. Had early flight couldn’t even get coffee

Мы уже не первый раз останавливаемся в этой гостинице и всегда остаёмся в полном восторге от пребывания здесь. Так и в этот раз было всё по высшему разряду. Вкуснейшие и разнообразные завтраки и ужины. В пятницу вечером , на обед, готовят суши. Есть лишь небольшие просьбы: Хотелось бы чтобы уборку номеров проводили чуть пораньше. Нас разбудили в 3 часа дня для уборки номера. Усталые ,после прогулки по городу, мы попросили только сменить нам полотенца. Я ещё помню, когда в гостиницах проводили небольшие вокальные и инструментальные концерты . Мне этого очень не хватает.
